Jeffrey P. Anzovino, CPA, MSA is the Chief Accounting Officer of Big Bang Broadband LLC. With more than 25 years in the accounting field, he oversees all financial forecasting, financial audit, reconciliation and reporting processes for the feasibility studies and various compliance reporting obligations for BBB and BBB clients. In addition, Mr. Anzovino works with independent commercial and government auditors required by several of the federal and state broadband funding programs that support our clients’ projects.
Mr. Anzovino is also managing partner with Deluzio & Company, LLP. Deluzio & Company, LLP is a full service Certified Public Accounting firm with over 30 employees in offices located in Greensburg and Pittsburgh, PA. Jeff and his team provide auditing, tax, accounting, and consulting services to some of the most well-known companies, governmental and nonprofit organizations in West and Southwest Pennsylvania, with organizations having multiple locations across the United States.
The firm’s clients include privately-owned production and manufacturing companies in varied sectors including but not limited to broadband and other technology, steel manufacturing, rubber products, mining and tunneling, and heavy transportation equipment. Clients also include government agencies, nonprofit organizations such as sewage and water authorities, school districts (including cyber and charter schools) and foundations, as well as city and municipal governments. He also provides litigation support and has testified in several trials as an expert witness.
Jeff is a lead in the firm’s national peer review practice. Peer review is a required CPA licensing mechanism whereby the subject firm submits to a third-party review of its system of quality control related to its application of professional accounting, auditing, and attestation standards. His peer review clients are located across the United States. He is also a board member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Peer Review Committee and Report Acceptance Body (RAB). The PICPA Peer Review Committee is the administrating entity for peer reviews conducted in Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and U.S. Virgin Islands. The RAB is the administrating body that review and accept the peer reviews conducted in these locations.
As a continuing professional education speaker/presenter for the PICPA, Jeff speaks and instructs on preparing CPA firms for peer reviews, updates on accounting and auditing standards and overall management of CPA audit and attest practices.

Before becoming an accountant, Jeff spent four years as a paratrooper for the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, where he was an honor graduate of the Primary Leadership Development Course at Fort Bragg, N.C. and obtained the rank of Sergeant. In the 82nd Airborne Division, he served with the 3/73 Armor Regiment, the free world’s only airborne tank battalion. He was part of a test platoon to “tail-gate “parachute behind a Sheridan tank being heavy-dropped out of a C-130 aircraft.
After serving his enlistment and being honorably discharged, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, summa cum laude, from Saint Vincent College. A certified public accountant since 1995, Jeff has a master’s degree in Accounting from Saint Vincent College and is honorary member of the Delta Mu Delta business honor society.
He started his career as an internal auditor for United States Steel Corporation (USS), where he worked in the company’s steel, railroad, barge, realty, and natural gas businesses, including fraud investigations. Many of the audits performed were vendor audits to ensure that USS’s vendors were performing services and/or providing products/materials in compliance with the purchase orders or similar contracts. He also performed joint operational audits with then USX and Marathon Oil Company. He then joined Deluzio & Company, (at the time Deluzio, Deluzio & Teems, CPAs) in 1995, where he was promoted to partner in 2000 and then managing partner in 2014.
